The Pordenone VE Team can accept applications with the intent to open new exam sessions, you can fill in the module "Request a Session", the Team will take account of the requests and will try to accomplish them.

We Remember that:

1. it's desirable at least 8-10 "expected candidates".

2. we need an equipped room with desks, seats, etc. to satisfy all the "expected candidates".

3. we need, if it's possible, a copier for the ID documents. If you cannot provide please tell us.

4. we need, if it's possible, a computer with an internet connection, If it's not possible, please let us know.

5. for the procedures of session registration (on the ARRL-VEC program) we need at least 45 days, we remember that, according to the ARRL-VEC program, we have to publish the exam session on the ARRL website. You can choose if your session will accept "walk-ins" candidates, or the pre-registration is mandatory.

6. the whole exam session can hold up for 4/5 hours, considering the post-exam proceedings.
